Six questions separate a durable operating model from a polished interface:

1Pricing confidence. What share of jobs is priced before arrival? What is quote-to-actual variance, and who absorbs it?

2Professional economics. Do high-quality pros earn more per working hour or shed admin waste? What does cohort retention show?

3Demand quality. How much demand is repeat, organic, or embedded versus bought?

4Disintermediation resistance. After trust forms, why does the pair keep transacting through the platform?

5Data accumulation. Does each completed job create proprietary pricing, outcome, and home-context data that improves the next one?

6Model honesty. Is revenue earned by improving completion and outcomes, or by selling intent regardless of whether the job succeeds?
